Special Instructions for AOL UsersIf you are using AOL Version 9.0, this does not apply to you. This information applies to AOL Versions 8.0 and lower.To send the newsletter to your customers using AOL you need to use another email provider to copy, paste, and edit the newsletter. When you paste the newsletter directly into AOL, it will lose its formatting. AOL does not support the pasting of HTML emails. You can sign up for a FREE Hotmail www.hotmail.com or Yahoo www.yahoo.com email address. You will only need to use the alternate email address to paste and edit the newsletter. Then you will address it to yourself at AOL.In AOL, you will open the message and then simply "forward" the email to your customer grouping. Receiving the email in it's proper format through AOL is not a problem. It is not necessary to transfer your customer email addresses to another account. You can find the instructions you need for using Hotmail or Yahoo along with your AOL account by clicking on the Instructions Link.We don't need to know your alternate email account address, because you will just copy the newsletter from online and paste it into a new message and edit it in your free email account, send it to yourself at AOL, and forward it to your customers.
